" Pam is awesome! She does a great job of making sure to do a good job without hurting you at all. I have a couple short fingers that are very sensitive and haven’t let anyone clip them because of that, but she did a great job. "

" Kaylah did amazing job on my pedicure. I really enjoyed my service. Ms. Tonya is very caring person. Kaylah is so sweet and very upbeat personality. I love it that she knows what is doing when comes to my feet and nails. Ms. Tina did amazing job on my feet and my beautiful hands. I appreciate her so much. Very sweet too. Thank you ❤! "

" Today was my first time visiting this nail salon. It was also my first time getting dipped nails. I went to this place because I'd read very good reviews. I'd like to thank Emily, I think she is the receptionist, she was very sweet on the phone and in person. And I'd like to thank Micheal for doing an absolutely wonderful job on my nails. He was nice, patient, gentle and knew what he was doing. The place is clean, quiet, and decorated well. It also doesn't wreak of polish when you walk in. I was late to my appointment and I was seen as soon as I came in. Everyone there seemed very pleasant and comfortable. I had an enjoyable experience and will return. Thanks! "

" This was my first visit to Michael's and I was quite pleased! The service was prompt ( I made an appointment), the salon was neat and clean and the staff was friendly and helpful! Pam was the nail technician that did my pedicure and she did a thorough and professional job! I will definitely be returning for my next pedicure! "

" I have been going to Michael’s Nails & Tanning for a cpl of years now and it’s the one place I know I can depend upon to not only do a great job make us feel very welcome, I had my granddaughters with me this time my one granddaughters birthday party is tomorrow she is 12 now, they live closer to Troy so thought we would try going to Troy well after being turned away rudely from one place and a cpl others not doing walk ins I called Michael’s knowing I wasn’t going to get there till almost closing time, asked if the could do 3 mani-pedicures. Of course they graciously agreed we could come in, they made 1 little girl very happy, other granddaughter fell in love with the massage chair lol. I told the girls I knew we should have went straight there, from now on I’m only going to Micheal’s don’t care what else I maybe close to. Also I had the luxury pedicure, first time doing that one and it won’t be my last :) Thanks again guys for staying over you don’t know how much it’s appreciated!! "
